Society has to issue NOC to the banks and any other financial institutions if the transaction is on a mortgage loan. 3. Payment of Transfer premium at the rate to be fixed by the General Body Meeting but within the limits as prescribed under the circular issued by the department of Co-operation / Government of Maharashtra from time to time. The current cap on Transfer Premium is Rs. 25000. 4. payment of the transfer fee of Rs. 500/- 5. remittance of entrance fee of Rs.100, payable by the proposed transferee. - Waseem H Shaikh on Recently I have sold my flat due to some financial issues, flat purchaser asking me for society noc and society is demanding me to pay rs. 25000/- plus rs. 600- more for noc. Is there any documentary support to the previous housing development minister shri Jitendra Awhad.
